Besides the connect and disconnect commands [More Info], there are also commands that can only be used in multiplayer.

Command	Description
say <message>	Sends a message to everyone on the server
players	Outputs the player list with player ids in the console
rconset <password>	Sets the RCON password. If it matches the server’s RCON password, the user is granted admin access to the server. When admin access is granted, the user will see the admin menu in the escape menu. For information on setting up the server RCON password, see [More Info].
rcon <command>	Allows you to run server-side commands via the client.
